The East Crossroads wanted to position itself as Kansas City's premier craft-centered destination, where locals and visitors alike could experience the city’s entrepreneurial spirit in an authentic and accessible way. The goal was to transform the East Crossroads into a distinct and cohesively branded neighborhood that becomes recognizable and at the forefront of people's minds when they think of Kansas City.
This was one of my unused proposals for the project. I went with a look that felt vintage, but also drew inspiration from the local businesses and unique patrons who visit.
